This is the last session of a five-part food preservation series presented by Washington State University Extension, Chelan/Douglas Counties, from February 6th to April 10th.

Classes are for people just learning how to preserve food and for veteran food preservers who need a refresher course to be sure the food they ar preserving is done safely.
