Need help navigating your smartphone, tablet, or laptop? Sign up for a free 30-minute Tech Help Appointment at your local library! During your session, a tech professional can assist with:
- Learning basic device functions (settings, updates, storage)
- Getting started with email, apps, and online accounts
- Understanding internet browsing, safety, and privacy
- Downloading and using library digital resources

Troubleshooting common issues (slow device, notifications, connectivity, etc.)
This program is offered in partnership with NCW Tech Alliance and the AAC AmeriCorps Member serving with them, connecting our community with local tech experts to help you feel more confident and capable in today’s digital world.
