Refresh + Reboot with Mindfulness Series - Pause + Connect to Your Body (ONLINE)

Refresh + Reboot with Mindfulness Series - Pause + Connect to Your Body (ONLINE) Online

Turning your attention inward, without judgment, to meet the ever-changing state of your body, mind and emotions. Together we will cultivate self-awareness and mental focus—through mindfulness— to help you find the pause in your daily life, get curious, allow what is, and care for the whole of you and your life.

Session 1: Pause + Connect to Your Body

Learn to answer the question, “where is my attention now?” What do I feel and where do I feel it?” Most of us don’t live in the now—instead planning, worrying, and living in the future or the past. Pausing and noticing feelings in the body, we help ourselves to refresh and be here now.

This series is designed + facilitated by Kari Lyons-Price, MSW from Meditate Wenatchee. This is a 3-part series. Feel free to join us for all sessions or drop-in, as able.
