Warden Video Conference Computer Room (Warden Public Library) Capacity: 1

Description

NCW Libraries is only the provider of the room/station and equipment, and is not responsible for providing or coordinating medical, legal, educational, etc. services.  The rooms provided are private but not guaranteed to be completely soundproof, NCW Libraries makes no guarantee as to the confidentiality or protection of privacy of any information shared or discussed in the space or using the conference system equipment.  Each person using the room or station is fully responsible for their use of the space and the protection of any information shared within the space.

All persons using a conference room or station are considered patrons of NCW Libraries and as such are expected to abide by the Library Code of Conduct and NCW Libraries Meeting Room Use Policy, in addition to the rules below:

• Individuals and/or groups booking the video conference room or station are responsible for any ADA accommodation requests made by participants for their booking.
• Users will be held responsible for all damage to the room/station, its furnishings, and its equipment.
• Drinks with lids are permitted, but no food is allowed in the room or at the station.
• Please remember to remove personal equipment (if any) from the room or station after use.

Failure to abide by the rules outlined above can result in loss of privileges to reserve the space.
