Space Availability - Wenatchee Public Library

The Wenatchee Public Library features several bookable meeting spaces to accomodate a variety of group sizes and uses:

• The Lions Club Conference Room (main floor) can accommodate up to 16 people.
• The Lupine Meeting Room (downstairs) can accommodate up to 13 people.
• The Balsamroot Meeting Room (downstairs) can accommodate up to 23 people.
• The Sagebrush Meeting Room (downstairs) can accommodate up to 69 people.

You are responsible for ensuring that there are no more people in the room than allowed, for any reason.

Technology Availability

• Open access Wi-Fi is available in the Library. However, the Library cannot guarantee the reliability or availability of Wi-Fi during any meeting. More information about using the Library’s Wi-Fi can be found in the NCW Libraries Internet Usage Policy.
• You may bring in your own technology.
• You may request use of the Library’s on-site audiovisual equipment when you make your reservation or at least seven (7) days before your meeting. Approval depends on staff and equipment availability.
  • If you use the Library’s equipment, you are responsible for the actual cost of repair and/or replacement of anything that is damaged during your use of the room.
• The Library cannot guarantee help with audiovisual equipment or other technology during your meeting.

Furniture Availability

• You are responsible for all meeting room setup and breakdown, including setting up and arranging tables and chairs, and then restoring the room to its original setup. All set up, breakdown, and cleaning must be completed during the time you reserve.
• The Lion’s Club Conference Room (main floor) includes one fixed table (may not be moved) and 10 chairs.
• The Lupine Meeting Room (downstairs) includes one fixed table (may not be moved) and 10 chairs.
• The Balsamroot Meeting Room (downstairs) includes access to 4 tables and 20 chairs.
• The Sagebrush Meeting Room (downstairs) includes access to 15 tables and 50 chairs.
