Quincy Public Library Meeting Space

The Quincy Library meeting room is a flexible space that can be utilized for groups of up to 47.  The space can be configured by the public for a classroom set-up with a front of room presenter, or set up for a conference around tables. It as a whiteboard and projection equipment are available. Restrooms are conveniently locate just outside the room. 

Technology Availability

• Open access Wi-Fi is available in the Library. However, the Library cannot guarantee the reliability or availability of Wi-Fi during any meeting. More information about using the Library’s Wi-Fi can be found in the NCW Libraries Internet Usage Policy.
• You may bring in your own technology.
• You may request use of the Library’s on-site audiovisual equipment when you make your reservation which includes a projector, laptop, and AV cords. Approval depends on staff and equipment availability.
  • If you use the Library’s equipment, you are responsible for the actual cost of repair and/or replacement of anything that is damaged during your use of the room.
• The Library cannot guarantee help with audiovisual equipment or other technology at the time of the meeting.

Furniture Availability

• The Library will provide access to 12 tables and 47 chairs.
• You are responsible for all meeting room setup and breakdown, including setting up and arranging tables and chairs, and then restoring the room to its original setup. All set up, breakdown, and cleaning must be completed during the time you reserve.

   When making your reservation time, please be sure to select the box for your desired start time AND use the drop-down menu that appears to choose the desired end time.  Double check to verify that your booking covers the entire time duration you would like to book.
